How tracking works
Why is my tracking not updating?
It is normal for tracking to take some time before showing the first update. In many cases, tracking becomes active after the carrier scans the package.
- Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.
- International packages may have fewer updates while in transit.
- Customs processing or local carrier delays can slow down updates.
- Holiday seasons and high demand periods may cause delays.
Estimated delivery time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is generally 6–12 business days depending on your destination, local carrier and customs processing.
