What is GreenKyo ProCool™?
GreenKyo ProCool™ is a portable hands-free cooling fan designed for hot days, outdoor activities, travel, sports, camping, stadium events and everyday comfort.
It can be clipped to your waist, attached to a strap or used in different practical ways to help direct fresh airflow when you need it.
Is it a neckband fan?
No. GreenKyo ProCool™ is not a collar-style or neckband fan. It is a compact portable cooling fan that can be clipped to the waist or used with a strap for hands-free cooling.
How many speed levels does it have?
GreenKyo ProCool™ features 3 adjustable speed levels, so you can choose the airflow intensity depending on the heat, activity and comfort you need.
How long does the battery last?
The device has a 6000mAh battery. Battery life can vary depending on the speed level used, ambient temperature and usage conditions.
On lower speed settings, it can provide longer cooling time than on maximum speed.
Can GreenKyo ProCool™ charge a phone?
Yes. GreenKyo ProCool™ can also be used as an emergency power source to charge a smartphone with a compatible cable.
This feature is useful during travel, outdoor activities, stadium events, camping or emergencies.
Is it rechargeable?
Yes. GreenKyo ProCool™ is rechargeable via USB-C. You can charge it using a compatible USB-C cable with a power adapter, laptop, power bank or other suitable USB power source.

Is it suitable for outdoor events and stadiums?
Yes. GreenKyo ProCool™ is made for hot outdoor situations where hands-free cooling is useful, such as stadium seats, fan zones, festivals, summer events and long days outside.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is generally 6–12 business days depending on your destination, local carrier and customs processing.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.
Can I change my shipping address?
If you made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at contact@greenkyo.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. GreenKyo supports international orders. Delivery time and available shipping options may vary depending on the destination country.
Can I return my order?
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if the product is unused, undamaged, in its original condition and eligible under our return policy.
