We ship GreenKyo ProCool™ orders internationally and work to deliver your cooling essentials as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

Once your order is confirmed, our team prepares, checks and processes your package before shipment.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, local carrier and customs processing.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your package.

Important: delivery times are estimates. We always do our best to ship quickly, but delays may happen due to local carriers, customs, weather, holidays or high demand.

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.

Shipping Address

Please enter your shipping address carefully at checkout. GreenKyo is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you made a mistake in your address, contact us as soon as possible at contact@greenkyo.com. Once the order has been processed or shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Depending on your country, import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer when applicable.

GreenKyo is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or local import procedures.

Lost, Delayed or Returned Packages

If your package is delayed, please check the tracking link first. If there is no update for several business days, contact our support team and we will help investigate with the carrier.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal or failure to collect it, additional shipping fees may apply.
  • If a package appears lost, we may request time to investigate with the carrier before offering a solution.
  • Please contact us within a reasonable time if you believe there is a delivery issue.
