Note: payment methods shown at checkout depend on your location and the payment providers currently activated on our store.
Payment Security
GreenKyo uses Shopify’s secure checkout infrastructure and trusted payment providers to process payments. We do not store your full credit card details on our own systems.
Your payment information is handled securely by the payment provider selected at checkout.
Currency & International Pricing
Prices may be displayed in different currencies depending on your market, location and store settings. Currency conversion may be handled automatically by Shopify or the payment provider.
Your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion fees or international transaction fees. These fees are charged by your bank or payment provider, not by GreenKyo.
Billing Information
Please make sure your billing details are correct when placing an order. Incorrect billing information may cause payment refusal, verification delays or order cancellation.
For security reasons, we may cancel or hold an order if the payment appears suspicious, incomplete or inconsistent with the customer information provided.
Payment Confirmation
After your payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we received your order.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us with the email address used at checkout.
Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, please check that:
- Your card details are correct
- Your billing address matches your bank records
- Your card supports online and international payments
- You have enough available balance
- Your bank has not blocked the transaction for security reasons
If the issue continues, please contact your bank or try another payment method.
Taxes, Duties & Customs Fees
Depending on your country, taxes, import duties or customs fees may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and may be the customer’s responsibility when applicable.
GreenKyo is not responsible for charges applied by customs, banks, payment providers or local authorities.
Refunds
If a refund is approved under our Return & Refund Policy, it will usually be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund to your account after it has been processed.
Payment Fraud Prevention
To protect customers and our store, GreenKyo may review, hold or cancel orders that appear suspicious, fraudulent or inconsistent with normal payment behavior.
We reserve the right to request additional information or cancel an order when necessary for security reasons.
