Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned with its original packaging, accessories and any included materials.
- You must provide your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Important: please contact us before sending back any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
Our team will review the case and help you find the best solution.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns may be refused in the following cases:
- The item has been used, damaged, altered or is missing parts.
- The return request is made after the 14-day return window.
- The product is returned without approval from our support team.
- The item is not returned in its original packaging or condition.
- The issue is caused by misuse, accidental damage or normal wear and tear.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees, if any, may not be refundable.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method when returning an item, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, packed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
