Processing times

After your order is confirmed, it is carefully prepared before shipping. Processing generally takes between 1 to 3 business days, depending on the period and order volume.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on your destination country, carrier, and the product ordered. On average, delivery can take between 5 and 12 business days after shipment.

During periods of high activity, promotions, or certain holidays, an additional delay may exceptionally occur.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, when applicable, are clearly displayed before the final validation of your order. Free delivery offers may be provided occasionally or as a promotion on certain products or across the entire store.

Order tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive an email containing the necessary information to track your package's journey. Please also check your spam folder.

Delivery address

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of delivery information at the time of order. In case of an error in the provided address, Greenkyo cannot be held responsible for a delay or inability to deliver.

Exceptional delays

While we do our utmost to respect announced deadlines, some delays beyond our control may occur, particularly due to transport, logistical formalities, periods of high demand, or exceptional circumstances.
